All personal data communicated by the Customer on the site www.la-canopee.com - through a purchase, account creation, or by filling out a form - are subject to computerized or manual processing for the following purposes:

Data Retention

COMMENT

When you leave a comment on our website, the data entered in the comment form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent, are collected to help us detect spam comments.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is validated, your profile picture will be publicly visible next to your comment.

 

 

Abandoned cart recovery:

When you add products to your cart without finalizing your order, we may send you a reminder message via email or WhatsApp, to allow you to retrieve your selection and finalize your purchase. These messages do not contain any promotional content, only a reminder of your cart.

 

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in improving the user experience and supporting you in your purchasing journey. These reminders are occasional, limited in time, and sent within a reasonable time after your visit to our site.
