For every order placed on the site, you accumulate a certain number of points based on the amount spent (€1 spent = 1 point earned, excluding promotions and shipping fees). Missions are also available for you to earn bonus points.

Loyalty points can be converted into rewards such as discounts, vouchers, or free shipping to be used on future orders.

In your customer area (My Account). A “Loyalty / Referral” section is dedicated to tracking your points, generating your referral link, viewing available rewards, etc.

The VIP program rewards your loyalty! The more you order throughout the year, the more exclusive benefits you accumulate. Three tiers await you: Hummingbird, Red Panda, and Orangutan, each with increasingly generous rewards.

Tiers are calculated based on your cumulative purchases over the last 12 months.

- Hummingbird: from €70 in purchases

- Red Panda: from €220 in purchases

- Orangutan: from €450 in purchases

Each time you reach a new tier, new benefits are automatically unlocked in your loyalty account.

They remain valid as long as your 12-month purchase total keeps you in the corresponding tier.
