DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

For any order placed on our website, it is prepared within two business days and then handed over to La Poste or our partner carriers. The delivery time is generally estimated between 48 and 72 hours.

⚠️ Please note: Order preparation time may be extended during busy commercial periods (holidays, Black Friday, promotions, etc.).

Delivery rates:

- Pickup point: €3.90 for any order under €59.

- Home delivery: €4.90 for any order under €59.

- On orders of €59 or more: delivery is free, both at pickup points and for home delivery.

- Express delivery with Chronopost:

9 euros for purchases under 80 euros
5 euros for purchases between 80 and 120 euros
Free on purchases of 120 euros or more

For express delivery with Chronopost:

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 AM: shipped the same day.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday after 11:00 AM: shipped the next day.
Orders placed from Friday after 11:00 AM to Sunday evening: shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed on public holidays: shipped on the next business day.

Note: There is no Saturday delivery with Chronopost.

DELIVERY IN BELGIUM:

We also offer delivery to Belgium.

Delivery rates:

- Pickup point: €5.90 for any order under €80.

- Home delivery: €7.90 for any order under €100.

- On orders of €80 or more: delivery to a pickup point is free.

- On orders of €100 or more: delivery is free for both home and pickup point delivery.

DELIVERY IN EUROPE

For any order placed on our website, it is processed within two business days and handed over to La Poste. The delivery time is estimated between 3 and 5 days.

Home delivery: 8 euros.

Free on any order over 120 euros!

DELIVERY IN THE REST OF THE WORLD AND OVERSEAS TERRITORIES

For any order placed on our website, it is processed within two business days and handed over to La Poste. The delivery time is estimated between 4 and 10 days.

Home delivery: 25 euros.

Free on any order over 150 euros!

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND LOCAL TAXES

For any order delivered outside the European Union, as well as to French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), customs duties, local taxes, or import duties may apply.
These fees, which vary according to the destination country and applicable regulations, remain the exclusive responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total order price or the delivery costs indicated at the time of purchase.
It is the customer's responsibility to check with the competent local authorities to determine any applicable taxes and duties, as well as the corresponding declaration or payment procedures.

RETURNS
