How to use the Perfection Lotion with purifying active ingredients and what are its benefits?
Many of you use the Perfection Lotion daily or as a targeted treatment, but for those who are just discovering it, here is its composition:
The lotion's key active ingredients are:
An infusion of clary sage to help fight hormone-related blemishes. We have added tea tree essential oil, a powerful broad-spectrum antibacterial and antifungal agent. Finally, it contains pink clay which helps absorb excess sebum and dry out blemishes.
The gentle active ingredient in this lotion is:
Orange blossom floral water. It is there to soothe skin inflammation. Blemish-prone and acne-prone skin needs soothing, as pimples and micro-cysts can sometimes be very painful.
And what about the alcohol?
Alcohol is an ingredient that has a bad reputation. Why, and how do we separate fact from fiction?
Especially when you have blemish-prone skin, we know that we should stay away from alcohol. That is true, but this good advice concerns the use of pure alcohol on the face! Using it pure is a disaster for the protective hydrolipidic film and for the entire microbiota (the set of microorganisms living on our skin) of our face. It is an active ingredient that is too potent. It therefore needs to be used in balance!
In the Perfection Lotion, the low dose of organic alcohol in the formula provides a bactericidal action that complements the properties of the other purifying and cleansing active ingredients. The efficacy of the Perfection Lotion comes from the synergy of active ingredients working together: tea tree, pink clay, clary sage, orange blossom, and organic alcohol, each of which plays its own role and enhances the others.
In summary:
Bursting with purifying active ingredients, it acts deep down by penetrating the skin immediately. It eliminates the bacteria responsible for blemishes, absorbs excess sebum, purifies skin pores, and regulates sebum secretion.
